gas and electricity are included in cost of rental.

Bed linen and towels are
included in cost of rental.

Beach
towels are not provided. We ask that you bring your own.

Please note that the
cottage has a shower, and no bath

A small ‘Welcome Pack’ with tea,
coffee, fruit, dairy, etc is provided free of charge.

|
Reception for some mobile ‘phones is not good. A telephone is available for
your use. However, we ask that you pay for your calls by putting money in the
‘honesty box’ provided.

|
The
property is ‘No Smoking’.
|
|
Sorry, no pets, (except guide dogs).
|
|
Parking on the street is available nearby but not immediately outside the
cottage.
|
|
'Garden’ area is paved, with flower borders, and measures approximately 3m x
5m
|
|
Please be considerate of our neighbours if you are up very early or very late.
|
|
At
present, we are unable to provide a cot or high chair.
|
