'Harbour Cottage' is cosy, (mostly double glazed and gas central heating) and comfortable. It has been thoughtfully modernised to retain all its original character, yet provide every modern comfort.

In Harbour Cottage, the accommodation consists of lounge, dining room, kitchen, bath room (with shower above bath), utility room and three bedrooms - one with king-size bed and single bed; one with double bed; and one with a single bed (downstairs).

The lounge, accessed from front hall, is carpeted and has an open fire for those cooler evenings. The large window, allows lots of natural light into the room.

The dining room, with laminate flooring, is also accessed from the hall and easily accommodates six people. Like the lounge it has a large window that makes it bright and airy.

The kitchen, with view over the harbour/marina is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave; (freezer is tucked away in hall cupboard) along with all the other appliances and equipment you are likely to need.

The bathroom has bath with shower above. Plentiful hot water is supplied from a gas combi-boiler - in 'utility cupboard', which also hides the washing machine.

Outside is a small enclosed (paved) garden with view over the harbour/marina. Patio table and chairs are also provided.

The second (double) bedroom has feature fireplace and pine furniture. There is a large walk in wardrobe in this room, which has laminate flooring.

Downstairs is a single bedroom - again with pine furniture, and carpeted floor.

All beds have coordinated bed linen, with 13.5 tog non-allergenic 'Soft as Down' duvets. Extra pillows are provided; as well as bath towels, (sorry, no beach towels), hand towels and face cloths.
