21 Commercial Street is our new rental property, which will be available from June 2010. Cosy, (double glazing and gas central heating) and comfortable, the property has been completely modernised and upgraded.

At present we are refurbishing and redecorating this property. Thus we do not have many photos. These will be added as soon as they become available. Rest assured, the quality will be the same as our other property - Coastal Cottage.

In Harbour cottage, the accommodation consists of lounge, dining room, kitchen, bath room (with shower above bath, utility room and three bedrooms - one with king-size bed; one with double and single beds; and one with a single bed (downstairs).

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, large gas hob, oven and microwave; along with all the other appliances and equipment you are likely to need.

Outside is a small enclosed garden with view over the harbour/marina.

All beds have coordinated bed linen, with 13.5 tog non-allergenic 'Soft as Down' duvets. Extra pillows are provided; as well as bath towels, (sorry, no beach towels), hand towels and face cloths.
