cosy, (double glazing and gas central heating) and comfortable. It has been
thoughtfully modernised to retain all its original character, yet provide
every modern comfort. |

An entrance hall leads to the spacious
lounge, which has a Chinese slate floor and feature gas fire. The large
windows, with wide sills, allow lots of natural light into the room.
The lounge is furnished with cosy sofas and
a 'Broadwood' baby grand piano. A 22" TV/DVD, with built in ipod dock, along
with a selection of DVD's, Xbox, games, books and puzzles are provided for
your entertainment.

The dining room, which easily accommodates six people, is
accessed directly from the lounge. This room has laminate flooring, and like
the lounge has large windows that make it bright and airy.
The dining room, in keeping with the
character of the cottage, has natural wood table, chairs and dresser.

The kitchen is also accessed from
the lounge, and is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven
and microwave; along with all the other appliances and equipment you are
likely to need. |

| A short
hall leads from the kitchen to the shower room and large utility room, with
freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The shower room, (sorry, no bath) has ample cupboard space,
and a vanity unit with light and shaver point.
A door leads
outside from the kitchen to a small enclosed
patio. Enjoy eating 'al fresco' in this delightful sun trap. |
